Tradewind Construction started with the construction of Insulated Concrete Forms for Foundations in 1999 and quickly realized it's potential for so much more and has since grown to offer a wide variety of specialty building products and techniques to suit every need.

Tradewind has completed builds from foundations, custom homes, boathouses, small commercial to large multi storey/unit condos.

Although we started in the ICF construction we had to quickly adapt and source other products that paired well with the speed of construction, durability and energy efficency of the ICF envelope, while all these products meet and exceed architects and engineers requirements.

Besides being one of the largest builders with Logix Insulted Concrete Forms, we also erect clear span cast in place floor systems with Insul-Deck and Hambro systems.

For the past 4 years we've begun promoting Legalett engineered Radiant Hot-Air Slabs, another great up and coming product to this climate and geological land of ours. Legalett has been tried, tested and proven for over 25 years in Sweden, it is quickly having great acceptance here in North America over the last 10-15 years.
