Tradewind Construction has been in the ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction since 1999.

At the start we followed the ICF industries immediate acceptance for foundation construction. Tradewind and the ICF industry in the short ten years of our company growth the acceptance from foundations has grown to custom homes to 3 and 4-storey 74 unit condos to present work in progress on a six storey 252,000 sq ft student residence.

In these times of surging heating costs, volatile weather patterns, new homeowners and Developers are demanding durability while sustaining a GREEN building, doing their part to reduce the carbon footprint.
